Payment / Approval
Q. Are there any fees when making a payment? A. A network gas fee is charged once per asset during the initial approval. No gas fee is incurred for subsequent payments.
Q. My payment is delayed. A. Network congestion or gas conditions can cause delays. Please refresh or check Payment History later.
Refund / Settlement
Q. How do I process a refund? A. You can issue refunds from the Transaction Details screen in Merchant Mode. Partial refunds are supported up to the original amount minus the cumulative refunds total.
Q. How do I settle funds? A. As soon as a payment is approved, you can transfer the funds to any wallet from Merchant Menu.
Security / Recovery
Q. What if I lose my secret key? A. Use the encrypted backup in Google Drive (AppData) plus your PIN to recover.
Q. Does the server keep my key? A. No. Newblet servers never store your secret keys.
